George Orwell was a veteran of the "Abraham Lincoln Brigade" that fought alongside the Communists in the "Spanish Civil War" against Franco and the Carlists. (I tend to think Franco was Bankster Controlled Opposition, but the Carlists were the Real Deal, for the record...) In writing 1984, I do think he had the inside scoop, and was a Bankster conduit to gaslight us. They also used another conduit, Kurt Vonnegut, but, lucky for us, Kurt was captured by the Wehrmacht during the "Battle of the Bulge" and badly shaken by the Bombing of Dresden, which he survived by sheltering in a meat locker. His dystopian novel, "Player Piano" was not widely read and was a dud, for the most part. (Lucky for me, it was required reading at one my college courses in the '80's) It is a good companion to 1984, because it gives insights into the Bankster's strategy should the "Prole's" organize to stage a revolt.
1984 was simply too one-dimensional, which is perhaps one reason why it was so widely read. (Another is that it was on practically every High School Reading List, along with Animal Farm, its primer.) Player Piano, on the other hand, gives the whole modus operandi, which includes infiltration, creating organizations that attract revolutionaries, and using shills to transmit disinformation.
Internet Social Media is the Crown Jewel of Operation Mockingbird. They have used it to lampoon the Old Order of Operation Mockingbird in order to create a beast ten times more dangerous and propaganda one hundred times more effective.
Faster than we can unravel the truth, they twist it into more noxious lies.
I love Vonnegut, too, WW. Dresden helped shape his perspective as a writer. It is certainly ironic that so many high school students were required to read "1984." I guess they felt confident few of them would recognize a figurative Oceana being constructed in their midst. Looks like they were right. Thanks.
I was recognizing Oceania from day 1. (In fact, I read Animal Farm before I was 10, and instantly got the message there.) I could see our country being commified way back in the '70's, when they introduced the bar codes at the behest of National Cash Register, which was just, of course, frontrunning for the Big Banks. And when the ATMs started to proliferate in the late '70's... well, who couldn't see Oceania coming?
I think Vonnegut's worst enemy was himself. His writing is too stilted, and it takes several readings before the profundity of what he is saying really sinks in. But every time I see one of these interminable road projects where nothing is getting done day after day... it just shouts "player piano".
Ah yes, the continuous roadwork that never improves the roads. It does make traffic worse, however, which is probably the point. Much longer ago than that , Dickens wrote about the men of his era, who were all "experts in how not to get it done." We've got that down to a science in America 2.0. Thanks, WW!
I think the main reason they sponsor the endless road projects is to subsidizes their cronies in the construction industry. It's a three way feed: First, Congress Apportions money for roads and pays the lobbyists. Next, the contract gets signed with the locals, and they pocket some of the proceeds. Next, the money goes to the guy who bids lowest, who is the crony because the real contractors, of course, could never afford to do the job at that bid. And then the crony gets his subsidies and drags out the work to pad his pockets. Winners all around, except for the Sheeple, of course.
I cannot disagree what Donald and you have spoken, as the empirical evidence of this "Brave New World" reflect a world before the flood. Although I repented of playing in the everlasting "Hunger Games" years ago, it has never abated from those seven deadly sins in being proliferated at all levels public and private. Although people have and continue to lose their lives to this unconscionable mob,(blob) I will hide my life in Jesus Christ and in the end he will sort them all out, I try not to judge the unrighteous according to the flesh, but will commit judgment to the only one qualified to give life or death. In my human errors, I realized I was not qualified to make those decisions, and I pity those who believe that they are, because Babylonian Psychopaths love to drive the narrative, I remain as isolated from them as I can, although that does not impede their ever expanding encroachments into my life.
Yes it is a challenge to stay completely out of the matrix and off the grid. I do eat processed food from time to time- but no hot dogs! DEATH BEFORE ANOTHER HOT DOG- and still get water from the tap. And all of us of course must breathe the chemtrails. My dogsled ride to Mexico will be both a challenge and interesting as I ride the Divide.
Yep. Back in the old days when the only major publishers were Penguin, Simon, and the Gang, you toed their line or you did not get published. And if you did not get published by the Big Boys you did not get distributed by the Big Booksellers of the Day- A am thinking Coles and Waldenbooks- and so did not get an audience. There were very few titles that were able to punch through that glass ceiling.
I was at the beach on the 4th of July, and the sight of all the ugly Americans was very depressing. Fat, covered with ugly tattoos (full body) and all dressed in black...at the beach...on the 4th of July. It was so unpleasant we avoided the picnic area and went into the woods to sit and eat on the ground. My friend grew up outside the US. He agreed it was all pretty unsightly...but no one who was not here/alive in the sixties can comprehend the huge and horrible transformation of the average American. Going out and mixing with the public has lost any sense of fun.
The 80/20 split seems to be carved in stone. Once the scamdemic hit, I realized all my efforts to reach folks for the prior 30 years had been for naught...so I just stopped. A friend (my oldest friendship) who was fully aware of the NWO, and was fully aware at the beginning of the scamdemic it was all BS, took the death jabs because her brother asked her to do so. She is so ill now, I don't expect her to last out the year.
That's why I avoid crowds as much as possible, Kris. The upside in any crowd from the past was that you could partake in a little girl watching. I'm sure that's probably "hate speech now," on several levels. First, to call any female- even a small child- a girl is offensive. Pay homage to the young women in that kindergarten class. Second, the word "girl," like the word "woman," is offensive to the trans community. Third, what is any man doing "watching" any female? Unless it's a transwoman, this is bordering on rape, and unacceptable in America 2.0. It is a different world. Thanks.
I am hearing nothing but horror stories from those who took the jabs. But strangely, there has only been one death in my extended family- my cousin's wife. My aunt in West Virginia (in Cabell county- it's like Oregon surrounded by Hillbillies) keeps me barely abreast of family doings. They are all graduating and getting jobs in the medical racket, the financial racket, and the education racket. And they have no clue concerning the oncoming geopolitical freight train.
Meanwhile, at least the beaches are not occasions of sin anymore. Guys might as well be staring at dairy cows in a pasture. And yes, the tattoos are ugly. Even the Parlors have gone downhill as of late.
I haven't seen any deaths or injuries from all the vaxxed in my family, either, WW. Maybe since we're in the D.C. suburbs, they all got the placebo reserved for Congress and other bigwigs in Washington. Thanks.
That theory is as good as any other. I have no idea how the placebos were doled out, by batch number or perhaps if you were still an asset they had two needles available. Of course, in DC perhaps they did not even want to risk that some dummy- or some enemy- might be administering the jabs.
I read 1984 in high school or shortly thereafter and I really did not quite understand it. But I reread it again in 2022 and can’t believe how much it mirrors our life today. I gave 1984 as a Pollyanna gift to my book club in 2022, members are all young teachers and no one had even heard of it much less read it. I was tempted to cross out the title and write 2023 on the cover. It’s scary how much our life today resembles it, as does Brave New World. The proles only want Bread and Circuses
David Knight's interview with John Cox, author of The Newsome Nightmare, was rebroadcast on 7/5/24. He seems to have a good idea for re-establishing legitimate representation in Congress. We are supposed to have no more than 30k constituents per representative in DC. It now averages 750k per rep. = NO Representation. His idea is this: subdivide districts into 100 sections, each section elects one local rep. 99 of the 100 select 1 of those 100 reps to be their Rep in the House of Reps in DC. The Rep in DC answers ONLY to the 99 back home, does not spend hours a day seeking donations for reelection. If he fails to truly represent the 99 back home, he's out.

Yes, I've read that about Orwell. One hates to think he was controlled opposition...but as it is becoming clearer by the day...almost everyone is/was.

Yes. Innocence is gone. And I think that was a prime objective.

On second thought, I guess the plan would require conscious citizens. Maybe if things get bad enough...it could work?
